The Company is licensed under the Betting, Gaming and Lotteries Act and its principal activities are the provision of bookmaking (wagering) services to the betting public at its betting shops across the island and online through its website, which include betting on Local; International Horse Racing, American, European and International sports events and other approved betting games of chance.

The company's majority shareholder is Supreme Ventures Limited; incorporated in Jamaica.

There are Forty-two (42) operating locations (Betting Lounges) in seven (7) parishes, namely Kingston, St Andrew, St Catherine, Clarendon, Manchester, St. James and St Ann. Twenty-one (21) locations are company operated by staff and the remaining locations are managed by agents.

Under a scheme of arrangement in April 2013 the operations of three other Bookmakers; namely Champion Betting Company Limited, Markham Betting Company Limited and Track Price Plus Limited were combined into PosttoPost Betting Limited. The company started trading as AnyBet later that year. In 2019 PosttoPost Betting Limited became a subsidiary of the Supreme Ventures Group
