Compensation: Base Salary + Commission

Role Overview:

As a Recruitment Sales Representative, your mission is to expand our client base by partnering with International employers seeking skilled foreign employees.

What You'll Do:

•    Identify and engage prospective International employers.

•    Educate clients on the benefits of hiring Jamaican workers.

•    Collaborate with our recruitment team to align solutions.

•    Deliver compelling sales pitches and negotiate contracts.

•    Monitor progress and report to management.

Requirements:

•    Proven B2B sales and relationship-building experience.

•    Strong communication and presentation skills.

•    Understanding the various work Visa Programs (preferred but not required).

•    Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset.

•    Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

•    Proficiency in CRM systems.
