JOB DESCRIPTION

-Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and -electrical systems.
-Contact tradespeople for major repairs.
-Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs.
-Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse.
-Maintenance – upkeep of campground infrastructure including water, electrical, and septic systems.
-Campsite cleanliness.
-Assist in construction of roofs and decks. Prepare and pour concrete.
-Swimming pool maintenance.
-Cleaning – roads, washrooms, pool decks, and grounds.
-Empty trash cans and other waste containers.
-Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings.
-Perform minor repairs on appliances.
-Perform safety and security checks.
-Show apartments and offices to prospective tenants.
-Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies.
-Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair.
-Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens.

REQUIREMENTS

Education: Highschool Completion Certifiction
Experience: Job letters demonstrating at least 2 years of maintenance experience
Driver’s License

Salary: $21.00 hourly, 45 hours per week.

Important Information:

-Flexibility on the schedule is required.
-Work schedule is 5 days per week, on a rotational basis.
-Shifts are from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm or from 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
-Work on weekends and holidays will be required.
