-Job Letters demonstrating and stating 2 years of experience in laborer positions with roofing and carpentry work. 
-Experience with a pneumatic nailer is required.
-Driver's License: Asset.

Job Description:

-Assist roofers in installing or replacing asphalt shingles, wood shingles, and shakes on sloped roofs.
-Help remove asphalt shingles on sloped roofs.
-Collaborate with roofers to install underlays (ice and water shield, synthetic paper, tar paper).
-Assist in installing miscellaneous flashings (drip edge, valley, chimney, wall).
-Help install asphalt shingles with a pneumatic air nailer.
-Collaborate with the crew to install roof vents, exhaust hoods, plumbing stack flashings, etc.
-Assist in measuring, cutting, shaping, assembling, and joining materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials.
-Work with carpenters to fit and install trim items, such as doors, stairs, molding, and hardware.
-Assist in maintaining, repairing, and renovating residences and wooden structures in various establishments.
-Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
-Load, unload, and transport construction materials.
-Clean and pile salvaged materials.
-Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
-Help clean snow in the winter.

Important Information: This position requires flexibility in schedule. Regular shifts start at 7:45 am, lasting 8-10 hours, with potential overtime and weekend work depending on business needs. Guaranteed at least 30 hours of work per week regardless of the weather.
