Live In Caretaker  - For Immediate Employment

Emoluments

The remuneration associated with this role will be Forty Thousand Dollars ($40,000.00) per fortnight.

Working Hours

On the basis that you live on the property, you are not tied to any specific hours, as you can determine your daily work activities. Notwithstanding, you are entitled to leave every other week. Where, you decide to leave Friday evening, you are required to resume the Sunday evening by 6p.m., where you leave Saturday morning, you are required to resume Monday morning by 8:00 am.

Public Holidays 

You will be paid double salary for work conducted on a public holiday in keeping with labour laws.

Vacation Leave

On your one-year anniversary, you are entitled to ten (10) days’ vacation leave with pay.

Personal Protective Equipment

You will be provided with personal protective gear that must be worn while executing your duty.

Conflict of Interest

You shall not undertake any employment on days designated as our agreed working days.

Tools and Equipment

You are solely responsible for all tools and equipment placed in your possession. To that end, you are required to prepare an inventory list for posting in the tools room.

Terminations

This contract may be terminated in writing at any time by either party with the issuance of two weeks’ notice or payment in lieu.

LIST OF DUTIES

1. -Keep all property clean at all times (inside and outside of the gateway)
2. -Ensure that all garbage bins are kept in acceptable condition and bins washed out when necessary to reduce odour.
3. -Ensure that lawn/grass is cut at least twice per month.
4. -Changes bulbs, etc
5. -Identify and effect minor repairs to plumbing, building etc.
6. -Conduct check to building to advise of any structural damage.
7. -Assist with monitoring visitors to the property, thereby ensuring that they do not damage or destroy property and or equipment.
8. -Assist with ensuring that occupants do not litter the property with garbage etc.
9. -Any other duties assigned.
