Job Details
Responsibilities:
Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers using provided scripts and guidelines in order to drive sales for company products, services and events such as the Who’s Who Business
Directories, Training programs and the like (Targets to be agreed on).
Ensure the renewal of all existing Who’s Who directory clients
Develop and execute sales plans for various ACI products based on agreed targets set.
Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and identify potential sales
Invite prospective clients to various ACI events (Targets to be agreed on).
Offer solutions by asking pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements
Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating the service’s value and how it meets their needs
Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
Highlight key benefits and address concerns/doubts of prospective customers to safeguard the company’s reputation
Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up
Accurately record customer information, call outcomes, and sales data into CRM system
Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets (Targets to be agreed on).
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies to drive sales
growth.
Maintain knowledge of company products, services, events, industry trends, and competitor information.
Requirements:
Diploma in Public relations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Proven experience (at least 1 year) as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
Excellent communication, listening and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone
High energy level and positive attitude
Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. Email, Microsoft office, CRM software) and telephone systems
Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
Persistent and results-oriented
Patient and able to handle customer rejection
