Job Overview: 

We are looking for a high-performing Closer/Funding Specialist to join our Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) campaign team. As a Closer, you will handle warm, qualified leads passed from our Fronters, guiding business owners through the funding process and securing MCA deals. This role requires strong sales expertise, a deep understanding of business financing, and the ability to build trust with clients quickly.

Responsibilities:

• - Contact warm leads from Fronters and convert them into funded deals.
• - Build rapport with business owners and explain MCA funding options clearly.
• - Negotiate terms and overcome objections to close deals effectively.
• - Collect and verify required documentation from clients.
• - Submit applications to lenders and coordinate the funding process.
• - Keep detailed records in the CRM system and track progress of deals.
• - Meet and exceed sales targets and commission goals.

Requirements: 

• - 1+ year of proven experience in closing sales, preferably in loans, finance, or MCA campaigns.
• - Strong understanding of business financing and lending options.
• - Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• - Ability to build trust quickly and overcome objections with confidence.
• - Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently.
• - Stable internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
• - Experience using dialers and CRM systems is an advantage.
