Key Responsibilities

• - Answer all incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
• - Provide clients with accurate information regarding order timelines, garment status, and appointment details.
• - Explain the unique qualities of our custom suits in a way that reflects the brand’s luxury positioning.
• - Coordinate with internal staff to follow up on client requests.
• - Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions and inquiries.
• - Uphold the highest level of discretion and professionalism when handling client information.

Required Qualifications

• - Perfect, native-level English excellent command of the English language.
• - Minimum 10 years of professional work experience.
• - Minimum 5 years with the same employer (job stability is critical).
• - Exceptional telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
• - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a self-starter.
• - Comfortable speaking with high-net-worth clients in a luxury retail environment.
• - Strong follow-up skills and the ability to handle multiple client requests efficiently.
