About the Role:
We’re seeking a polished, highly educated professional with proven tenure in high-end, boutique, luxury brands, ideally bespoke tailoring, couture, fine jewelry/timepieces, ultra-luxury hospitality, or private client services. This is a front-of-house/clienteling role serving discerning, high-net-worth clients. Longevity and stability are essential; we are only considering candidates who demonstrate sustained success with prior employers of four plus years minimum.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact, handling inbound calls and appointment requests with impeccable etiquette and discretion.
- Convey the craft, heritage, and positioning of our custom suits; guide prospects through consultations and conversions.
- Provide accurate updates on order timelines, garment status, and fittings; proactively manage expectations.
- Coordinate seamlessly with tailors, stylists, and operations to execute client requests.
- Maintain meticulous CRM notes and client histories to support long-term relationship building.
- Consistently convert qualified inquiries into clients and nurture repeat business through clienteling best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required; master’s/advanced study preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years professional experience, including at least 4 consecutive years with one employer/brand (job stability is critical).
- Luxury pedigree: 3+ years in a boutique or ultra-luxury environment (bespoke tailoring, couture, fine jewelry/timepieces, luxury hospitality, private banking, or similar) with direct, in-person client interaction.
- Communication: Flawless, polished business English, written and spoken; exemplary telephone and in-person etiquette.
- Clienteling: Proven success managing an HNW client book, rigorous follow-up, and appointment-based sales.
- Operational excellence: Highly organized, detail-driven, self-starter; adept with CRM and light administrative duties.
- Professionalism: Uncompromising discretion and judgment.
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Knowledge of bespoke and made-to-measure processes, fabric mills, and fitting timelines.
- Experience with luxury KPIs (repeat rate, client retention, AOV) and white-glove service standards.
How to Apply
Please submit your CV highlighting:
1. Luxury/boutique brands you’ve represented and your tenure with each.
2. Nature of your in-person client responsibilities (clienteling, fittings, private appointments).
3. Notable achievements (AOV, retention/repeat rates, client book growth).
4. A brief paragraph on your approach to white-glove communication with HNW clients.
We are committed to equal opportunity employment and welcome candidates from all backgrounds and countries who meet the professional criteria above. Competitive salary and bonuses.
