Job Title: Dishwasher

Job location: Lee County, Florida

Temporary, Full-time Employment: 10/01/2025 to 07/31/2026 (Must work the entire season)
Dishwashers who will be responsible for washing dishes and all cooking materials by

machine or hand, maintaining kitchen work areas and equipment in clean condition, sweeping and scrubbing floors, preparing various foods for cooking or serving, and sorting and removing trash.

 Experience Requirement: Three (3) months of experience restaurant, resort, or private club required.

Education Requirement: No Level of Education Required.  On-the-Job Training provided.

Training or Certification Requirement: No Training Required.

Special Requirements for the Job: Applicant must complete pre-employment background check.

Hours Per Week: 35
Frequency of Pay: Bi-weekly
Days and Shifts: Monday - Sunday; shifts available 7 days a week. Work hours from: 10:00am to 6:00pm; 8:00am to 4:00pm; 4:00pm to 12:00am, shift hours may vary based on the time of the season, daylight, and need.

Hourly Wage: $17.00 to $18.00 per hour based on merit and past experience with our company.  Overtime may be available. at $25.50 to $27.00 per hour.

Occasional Bonus for group events may be available as deemed appropriate by the department manager. 

Pay Period: A single work week, starting Monday through Sunday, will be used to calculate hourly wages, and will be paid bi-weekly.

Optional housing is offered on a first-come, first-serve basis for workers who are relocating to begin employment. Cost of housing if accepted, is $150.00 - $200.00 per week. If used, total cost of housing will be deducted from paycheck.

Transportation is provided between work sites (not between staff housing and property(s)).
