About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Field Recruitment Consultant. This role focuses on engaging business owners, building trust-based relationships, and supporting the program’s recruitment and onboarding process. You will be working directly in the field, mapping communities, conducting surveys, and generating valuable insights for the project team.

Key Responsibilities

- Present program benefits and encourage store owners to participate.

- Document recruitment activities and maintain accurate records.

- Support participants during the registration/onboarding process.

- Identify and map local entrepreneurs in the target community.

- Conduct surveys and gather market data.

- Build and maintain a database of the target audience.

- Share field insights with the project team and track progress.

- Represent the organization respectfully and with cultural sensitivity.

Experience & Requirements

- Fluent in English.

- Experience in intangible sales, customer relationship management, or community engagement.

- Experience in multicultural environments.

- Knowledge of or connection to the mom-and-pop shop community (preferred).

- Experience in retail, convenience stores, or informal trade channels (preferred).

- Ability to travel independently within the project locations.

Additional Information:

- 15-day probationary period based on performance.

- USD $50 per shop owner who is registered on the online platform during the consultant’s visit, and confirmed to have completed the full online training, based on follow-up conducted by the consultant. Payment of these USD 50 would only be released once graduation is verified.

- The USD $100 per 15-day cycle for transportation and incurred expenses remains within our scope and is fully acceptable.
