Part-Time Marketing Campaign Specialist (Remote) Work From Home | Flexible Hours
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Campaign Specialist to oversee and execute targeted digital campaigns focused on high-value real estate markets.
This is a part-time, remote position ideal for a results-driven professional with a proven track record in paid advertising and strategic online placements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and/or Performance Max as appropriate)
• Optimize campaigns for lead quality and ROI
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis specific to high-end real estate markets
• Create and manage ad copy in alignment with brand positioning
• Identify and post advertisements on relevant platforms and sources targeting high-value real estate audiences
• Monitor analytics, conversion tracking, and performance metrics
• Provide regular performance reports with data-driven recommendations
Requirements:
• Demonstrated experience managing successful Google Ads campaigns (portfolio or case studies required)
• Proven track record of generating measurable results
• Experience marketing luxury or high-value real estate (strongly preferred)
• Strong understanding of audience targeting and lead generation strategies
• Ability to work independently and meet performance benchmarks
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
