About e-JAM
e-JAM is a growing recruitment platform connecting employers with job seekers locally and internationally. We have recently launched our new mobile app and are seeking an energetic Sales Representative to help businesses post jobs and use our platform.
Role Overview
We are looking for a confident, motivated, and personable Sales Representative to contact local businesses and encourage them to post jobs on the e-JAM app during our free launch period.
The ideal candidate must be comfortable speaking with business owners, building relationships, following up consistently, and closing opportunities.
Main Responsibilities
- -Contact businesses by phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media
- -Introduce employers to the e-JAM app and free job posting offer
- -Assist employers with creating accounts and posting jobs
- -Follow up with potential clients and maintain relationships
- -Encourage employers to upgrade to paid services where applicable
- -Keep records of daily calls, leads, and results
- -Help grow employer activity and engagement on the platform
Requirements
- -Strong communication and people skills
- -Friendly, professional personality
- -Sales or customer service experience preferred
- -Comfortable making outbound calls
- -Ability to work independently and meet targets
- -Basic computer and smartphone skills
- -Experience closing sales is a strong advantage
