Job Summary

 We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Truck Driver to support warehouse and distribution operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods between warehouses, suppliers, customers, and delivery locations while ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining accurate records. This role also includes assisting with loading, unloading, and general warehouse duties when needed.

Key Responsibilities

•  • Safely operate company trucks and delivery vehicles.
•  • Transport goods to and from warehouses, suppliers, and customer locations.
•  • Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment and safe handling procedures. 
• • Inspect vehicles before and after trips to ensure roadworthiness and compliance
• . • Maintain accurate delivery logs, mileage records, and shipping documentation. 
• • Ensure all cargo is secured properly during transport. 
• • Adhere to company policies, traffic laws, and safety regulations. 
• • Assist with warehouse operations such as inventory movement, stocking, and organization when required.
•  • Report vehicle maintenance issues, accidents, or incidents immediately.

 Qualifications & Requirements 

• • Valid commercial driver’s license (C) or equivalent license required.
•  • Clean driving record preferred.
•  • 2-3 years truck driving and/or warehouse experience. 
• • Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks.
•  • Good knowledge of road safety regulations and delivery procedures. 
• • Strong time-management and organizational skills. 
• • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•  • Basic reading, writing, and record-keeping skills.

 Working Conditions

•  • May require long hours, weekend shifts, or overtime depending on delivery schedules. 
• • Frequent lifting, bending, and standing required. 
• • Exposure to warehouse environments and outdoor weather conditions.
