Volunteering my time as a tour guide contributed to me being an individual who possesses excellent communication skills, great customer service, as well as the ability to retain and grasp new information quickly and effectively. During my time spent as a tour guide, I had direct interactions with customers, both locals, and tourists, where I relayed information about the organization and sold products. My customer service skills were also helpful at Teleperformance, an inbound call center, where I assisted customers with their complaints, and recommended products to suit their needs. This job required my use of personal skills such as patience, persuasion, empathy, listening, among many others. Additionally, my organizational skills served well at RADA, where I also volunteered my time as a file organizer and assistant. At Rada, my responsibilities entailed keeping track of incoming and outgoing files at the establishment and storing them correctly and properly. Furthermore, I am a flexible individual, with a willingness and an excellent capacity to learn new things.
