In my five years of being in health care, I have grown so much as a person, advocate, caregiver, and critical thinker. I started my journey as an LPN working in nursing homes. My experience as a nurse teaches me how to become a good communicator, emotionally strong, empathetic, patient, and calm, I pay attention to detail and have good physical endurance. I feel that I possess these qualities which would make me very successful in any job that I do. My experience in Health care and working firsthand with sick and elderly patients teach me how to be patient and understanding of others.
