Driven, determined and customer service-oriented individual with significant experience in resolving customer issues through various mediums. I have worked in roles such as a Customer Service Representative and a Sales Agent, in addition to a summer program at the Jamaica Defense Force. While working in these roles, my respective duties included: interacting with customers through different mediums and taking customer orders and complaints regarding products and services; upselling and cross-selling products; and finally, cleaning soldiers’ quarters, washing kitchen utensils and cleaning offices.
