Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated, trainable, and results-driven Fronter to join our Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) campaign team. This remote position is ideal for someone with a strong sales background, who is well-spoken, and can build meaningful connections with business owners. As a Fronter, you will be the first point of contact with potential clients, qualifying leads and transferring interested prospects to our closers.

Responsibilities:

• - Conduct outbound calls to business owners seeking funding.
• - Qualify leads by gathering relevant business information (revenue, time in business, etc.).
• - Present MCA loan options clearly and professionally.
• - Engage in friendly, conversational interactions to build trust with potential clients.
• - Transfer qualified leads to closers once eligibility is confirmed.
• - Maintain accurate call logs and update the CRM system.
• - Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.

Requirements: 

• - 2+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in loans, finance, or MCA campaigns.
• - Strong English communication skills with the ability to hold engaging conversations.
• - Must be self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently.
• - Familiarity with MCA products is a plus (training provided).
• - Open-minded, coachable, and eager to learn new techniques.
• - Stable internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
• - Experience using dialers and CRM systems is an advantage.
