Location: Remote (working on Eastern Time Zone)

We’re a growth-focused creative/performance agency working across multiple clients. We turn smart strategy and fast creative into measurable results on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Meta, and Google.

What you’ll do:
- Content ops: repurpose client video assets into short-form posts (Reels/TikTok/Shorts), add captions/thumbnails/end-cards, and schedule across platforms.
-  Ad ops support: build and QA campaigns in TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, and Google/YouTube; apply UTMs, set budgets, launch creatives, and keep naming tidy.
-  Reporting: pull weekly metrics (spend, impressions, views, CTR, CPC, CPA/lead), highlight wins/losers, and draft simple client-ready summaries.
- Community management: reply to comments/DMs using approved FAQs, escalate sales leads, and keep threads clean (hide spam).
- Copy & hooks: write punchy hooks, captions, and basic landing page copy tweaks.
-  A/B tests: set up simple creative tests (hook, thumbnail, CTA), track results, and recommend the next iteration.
-  Project hygiene: maintain folders, file naming, task boards (Asana/Notion), and status updates across several clients at once.

You’ll thrive here if you:
- Live on TikTok/IG/YouTube and know what “stops the scroll.”
- Are comfortable with CapCut, Adobe Premiere/After Effects or Final Cut and Canva
- Understand basics of pixels/GA4/UTMs is a plus
-  Are organized, proactive, and calm juggling multiple client timelines.
- Write clean, concise copy and enjoy quick feedback cycles.
- Work well with a team

Nice-to-haves (bonus points)
- Hands-on experience in Meta/TikTok/Google ad accounts.
- Light design sense (layout, typography, safe text zones).
- Familiarity with CRM/lead forms and simple funnel metrics.
