About the Role
We are seeking a proactive Field Recruitment Consultant. This role focuses on engaging Mandarin-speaking business owners, building trust-based relationships, and supporting the program’s recruitment and on-boarding process. You will be working directly in the field, mapping communities, conducting surveys, and generating valuable insights for the project team.

Key Responsibilities
- Present program benefits and encourage store owners to participate.
- Document recruitment activities and maintain accurate records.
- Support participants during the registration/on-boarding process.
- Identify and map local entrepreneurs in the target community.
- Conduct surveys and gather market data.
- Build and maintain a database of the target audience.
- Share field insights with the project team and track progress.
- Represent the organization respectfully and with cultural sensitivity.

 Experience & Requirements
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (a plus).

- Knowledge of or connection to the Chinese-speaking community (preferred).
- Experience in retail, convenience stores, or informal trade channels (preferred).
- Ability to travel independently within the project locations.
 

Additional Information:
-  15-day probationary period based on performance.
- $40 USD per proved registration in platform.
- $100 USD per 15-day probationary period to transportation expenses.
