About the Position

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Maintenance Supervisor for the upcoming season at a well-established resort property in the United States. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong hands-on maintenance skills and prior experience in a hospitality or resort environment.

The successful candidate will oversee daily maintenance operations and ensure the property remains safe, functional, and guest-ready at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• - Manage and respond to daily resort maintenance requests
• - Perform general repairs within a hospitality setting
• - Conduct basic electrical troubleshooting and repairs
• - Perform plumbing maintenance and minor plumbing repairs
• - Maintain and repair small equipment as needed
• - Coordinate preventive maintenance tasks
• - Ensure timely completion of work orders
• - Supervise and organize routine property upkeep

Qualifications

• - General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and small equipment repair
• - Previous experience in a hotel, resort, or hospitality setting preferred
• - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• - Supervisory or team leadership experience is an asset
• - Good communication skills and professional work ethic
